Returns & Exchanges

At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a piece of merchandise or equipment in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that roasted coffee beans and ground coffee are non-returnable.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your RMA number inside the box. Ship the package to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
